Hadassah and Moriah work together to educate women on the Torah and living lives set apart and acceptable to the Eternal. They have both been granted the title of Morah Torah (woman teacher of the Torah).

Hadassah Michal bat Yisrael, is the founder and director of Sarah’s Tent, and executive editor of Sarah’s Tent e-magazine. She has been married to her husband James for 28 years. She is the mother of six children, and Savtah (grandmother) to three. Hadassah received Yeshua (Jesus) as her Messiah at a young age, and her spiritual training from her beloved grandmother of blessed memory, a Methodist minister, and a Jew. She has home schooled her children for the past 14 years, and continues to teach her children who are still at home. For twenty years Hadassah ministered to women and children, teaching them the fundamentals of the Bible.  A keeper of Torah for the past 8 years, she has studied under Rabbi Mordecai Silver and Rabbi Daniel Klutstein. She founded Sarah's Tent in 2006 to minister to women who were making the transition into Torah obedience. On April 23, 2010, she formally converted to Natsari Judaism, and continues to be a talmidah Torah (student of Torah) and the Hebrew language.
Moriah bat Shofar (Christine Schaefer) is Co-Director of Sarah’s Tent. Reared in protestant Christianity, and child of Methodist minister parents she came to know Yeshua (Jesus) as Messiah as a young woman. She began pursuing the “Hebrew Roots” of Christianity in her twenties and eventually found her home in Natsari Judaism. She formally converted on December 16, 2009.   Moriah has trained under two Rabbis and continues her studies as a talmidah Torah and of the Hebrew language. Moriah is a trained women's crisis counselor and lecturer and has spent the last seven years lecturing on such subjects as creationism, homechooling, and the Proverbs 31 woman. Most recently she speaks about her life as a Natsari woman.  She currently resides in central NY with her husband and daughter.

Listen to me, you who follow after righteousness, you who seek Yahweh: look to the rock whence you were hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence you were dug. Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who bore you; for when he was but one I called him, and I blessed him, and made him many.

Isaiah 51:1-2
